We are seeking a Part-Time Research Assistant to join a qualitative study on gender disparities in Bangalore’s startup funding ecosystem. The project uses Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) and Judith Butler’s framework of gender performativity to examine structural biases faced by women-led startups. You will assist with interviews, transcription, data analysis, and literature review.

Eligibility
• Master’s in Media / Gender / Cultural / Policy Studies
• At least one research publication in a reputed peer-reviewed journal; Scopus/WoS indexed preferred
• Knowledge of NVivo, qualitative methods, and CDA
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Strong academic background
